Celebrating Mom's First Mother's Day

We celebrated Jen's first Mother's Day as a Mom with pancakes and peach syrup. Eric made breakfast for Jen and Barb while they entertained Noah. Breakfast was great! The pancakes and peach syrup were delicious. Eric always likes to say that he doesn't know how to cook, but he definitely showed that he's got the ability. We had a nice relaxing Mother's Day and enjoyed a little family time together.

Now that I'm a mom, I value my mother so much more. I am sure that I am only starting to understand all that my Mom has done for me and given me throughout my lifetime. Mom, I appreciate the time, effort and love you put into raising me. You gave and gave to me without expecting anything in return. Thank you! I also appreciate all of the love you give to Noah. He's blessed to have a super Grandma like you.
